Nabulsia dough is a unique variation of Kunafa dough, the composition of which is enriched with a harmonious blend of butter and margarine. This exclusive dough is the very foundation for creating the delicate Nabulsia dish. A carefully combined composition of Nabulsia dough and cheesy crackling layers is the core of this culinary masterpiece.

  • Each carton contains 5 bags.
  • Each bag weighs 3 kg.

Ingredients

WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT STARCH, MILK, sugar, salt, rapeseed oil, vegetable fat (Soybean oil, palm oil).

Preparation:

  1. Oil the pan evenly and turn on the oven at 250°C.
  2. Distribute half of the dough evenly into the oiled pan and press it down with the palm of your hand so that the dough holds together.
  3. Add the desired amount of mozzarella cheese and place the dish in the oven.
  4. When the edges of the dough start to brown, take the pan out and add the rest of the dough. Then turn the Nabulsian over into a new pan and drizzle hot syrup over it.
  5. Tip: Add saffron or cardamom to the syrup for better flavor.

Storage:

Deep frozen. In freezer compartment (-18 °C , or colder). Should not be refrozen after thawing.
